Whatcha talking about?
Katarina stared at the blonde imposture. Did she know her? No... she was certain of that. Kat's eyes traveled from Annabelle to Audrey and back to Annabelle. "Just the destruction of this school and the return of the Dark Lord. Nothing too interesting." She trailed off, a smile forming on her pink lips. She took in this new girl. Her hair was frizzy and... was that a piece of grass sticking out of it? Eh, who was Kat to judge anybody? She would leave that all up to Audrey. As for now, Katarina was a little taken aback by Annabelle's abrupt introduction. But then again, perhaps that was her shyness talking.
From the corner of her eye, another person caught her attention. A boy, about seventeen, sat no more than thirty feet away. He looked vaguely familiar, yet she couldn't place his name. Her gray orbs glanced upward to her friend "Hey... who's that?". She nudged her head in the direction of Justin and returned her glance to her friend and then to Annabelle. Perhaps she knew?

Audrey stared at the new girl for a second. She's so...blonde. Not that Audrey could really say much about hair color. She knew all about the stereotypes that came along with certain pigments of hair. Redheads? Tempers? Pssshh...Ok. Well....maybe. "Errr...hi?" Audrey let a little giggle bubble past her lips at Kat's sarcasm. "The Dark Lord is dead, Kat."
"Hey... who's that?"
The redhead, of course, had noticed the boy lurking behind them. She turned to get a better view. Ahh...of course. Audrey laughed. "That would be Justin Somethingorother. He's in Hunter's year. Slytherin. Player to the max." Audrey looked at Kat and realized why she would be interested. "Kat...PLAYER." Then, she had a brilliant idea. "If you want to talk to him...ugh. Hold on." The girl rotated her upper body towards the boy in the background. "Hey! Justin, right?" Even though she was sure that was his name, Audrey thought she would phrase it in a question. It was more polite. "Are you just going to stare at us all day or are you going to come over and say hi?" Audrey turned back towards Kat and grinned. Under her breath, so that not even Annabelle could hear, she said, "You wanted a lover..."

The Dark Lord is dead, Kat. "So you think Audrey... So you think..." She said in her most mysterious voice. Oh, who was she kidding? She wasn't a follower of the Dark Lord. Nor were her any members of her family. Her "mysteriousness" only lasted a few seconds before being interrupted by a giggle at her own stupidity
If you want to talk to him...ugh. Hold on.
"Audrey! No! I was just..." Hey! Justin, right?
"Uggh! Thanks... thanks alot. I was kidding about the whole lover thing by the way!" She defended more towards herself than to Annabelle or Audrey.

"Well that is a dreary subject" she chimed well aware of the sarcasm in the girls tone, neither seeming all to welcoming but she ignored it as a lot of times people reacted oddly towards her at first and then warmed to her. She was sure she could come off rather obnoxious or annoying and she would not even attempt to disclaim her spunk buts he was harmless, that she could promise.
She couldn't help but be flooded with curiosity and turned to see who the two girls were on about, whens he did so she spotted a boy obviously, like the two girls, a good bit older then herself. Justin, was what Audrey had questionably called him and Annabelle herself was sure it was correct, she was good with names and faces even with people she'd never met just heard mention of and being a girl she'd heard plenty mention of basically every guy at the castle from whispers here and there from girls of all houses...she tried not to laugh at the exchange between Katrina and Audrey and pushed all stray jokes out of her head though she couldn't help but find humor in their ranging hair tones...
There is a brunette, a blond, and a red head...so many cliches, she sighed lightly.

Hey! Justin, right?
Justin resisted the strong urge to retort with a sarcastic "No.. Harry Potter" and instead just nodded and responded with "Yeah, Audrey, right?" Audrey speaking to him took him slightly aback, he coudln't deny that. It was odd for any female to initiate conversation with him, he was always the one doing the wooing and intiating conversation equals first move. He rubbed his hand through his blonde hair, attempting to place some sort of order in the shaggy maine. Something was about to go down, he could feel it.

"Audrey! No! I was just...Uggh! Thanks... thanks alot. I was kidding about the whole lover thing by the way!"
Audrey laughed loudly. "Too late now. The cat's out of the bag."
"Yeah, Audrey, right?"
"Mmmmhmmm..." Audrey confirmed, smiling the whole time. She noticed that he looked a little uncomfortable with not being in control. Oh well, she thought. He can deal with it just this once.
He rubbed his hand through his blonde hair, attempting to place some sort of order in the shaggy maine.
The redhead cocked her head to the side like a curious puppy. "So, Justin, are you going to come talk to three beautiful girls? Or are you going to stay in your little corner?" Audrey smiled the whole time. Of course, she wasn't the one she wanted him to talk to. She wanted him to be interested in Kat. If he wasn't, that would just cause a whole lot of unnecessary drama. "We don't bite.....hard."

We don't bite.....hard.
"Speak for yourself... you already said he was a player. We do not need ANOTHER one of those in our lives. Hunter's quite enough..." Katarina trailed off looking at Annabelle and cocked her head to the side "What year are you in?" She knew it wasn't sixth, and by the looks of her, she was definitely younger. But what could she say? The girl had heightened her curiousity.

Bite hard? she didn't bite at all..she was a s scary as a kitten, which wasn't always a good thing as every now and again it could be useful to be a bit intimidating...She made a face at the question of her year and thus her age, she hated being so young, she felt so intimidated "Third year" she sighed lightly and tried to withhold from giggling at Katrina's comment about Justin, she didn't know who Hunter was and she didn't know Justin well enough to agree with her judgment of him being a player but her tone was amusing and Annabelle was sadly very easily amused. "What year are you guys?" she asked well aware they were a good bit older then herself.

Mike Blaze emerged from the Front Doors of Hogwarts, he walked down on to the path leading from the front step, sighing, he examined his surroundings. The lake of course, being the first thing he looked to, no one swimming, it looked like. He had just woken up, of course, the past few nights had been rather bad for him and he stayed up late, each, which caused problems getting up in the morning. He figured he looked as tired as he felt, but eh whatever, he didn't need anymore sleep. He looked to the lawns now, spotting Kat, Audrey, and a Hufflepuff girl who Mike recalled seeing the other day, also a Slytherin guy who looked older than Mike which, the guy must be 17. Mike walked down to the group, "Hey Audj." Mike said, approaching them and kissing Audrey, and lowering himself on the grass on the her other side, while Kat was on the other. "Kat" he said looking up to Katarina, and then he nodded to the Hufflepuff girl, acknowledging her from their previous meeting at the Quidditch Pitch. He looked at the Slytherin, Justin he thought he remembered the guy's name being, he kinda nodded, acknowleding Justin's presense.

Justin didn't hesitate when the invitation arrived. He stood up and walked towards the three girls just in time to hear Hunter's quite enough . He surpressed a chuckle. "Hunter Kelly? Haha! That's not what a couple of girls have told me." He was semi-joking of course and he flashed a quick smile to let the group know that. Truth was, only one girl told him that and that girl was desperate for attention and not to be taken seriously.
He looked up at the fellow male who had recently joined their group. Ah, Mr. Michael Blaze.... I was wondering how long it would take for you to show up...
"Good afternoon ladies... Mike"

What year are you guys
"We're in sixth. One. More. Year." she said 'one more year' as if she had been waiting on that moment for a long time. In realiity, she had no clue what she was going to do after graduation. She had no idea what career she wanted to pursue or even where she wanted to live. Third year... she reflected back to that year. So full of open-ended posibilities...
Kat.
She looked over to Mike. Lost in her own thoughts, she hadn't even realized he'd joined them. "Well, hi ya Mike! Finally decided to get out of bed and embrace this beautiful afternoon?"
Katarina knew that if she just remained silent around Justin, Audrey was going to make it as awkward as physically, and emotionally, she could. "Well, good afternoon to you too." Mentally, she began to develope a plan of how she was going to seek revenege on Audrey for inviting him over.

"Hey Audj." Mike said, approaching them and kissing Audrey, and lowering himself on the grass on the her other side, while Kat was on the other.
The girl snuggled against his side. "Hey babe. We were just visiting with a couple of new friends." Audrey motioned to Annabelle and Justin.
"Hunter Kelly? Haha! That's not what a couple of girls have told me."
Audrey made a face at Justin's comment. "He's one of our best friends, you know. What I do know is that you two have been competeing for girls since your first year..." The redhead stopped her flow of speech. If she got going on everything that Hunter had told her about Justin several secrets that weren't meant to be shared would be revealed, and that was never a good experience. Plus she really didn't want Hunter mad at her. He could be quite the little drama queen; always worried about his reputation, that one was.
"We're in sixth. One. More. Year." she said 'one more year' as if she had been waiting on that moment for a long time.
"Amen to that." Audrey was ready to be done, even if she wasn't entirely sure what she was going to do. I always have the bakery, she thought with a mental grimmace.
"Well, hi ya Mike! Finally decided to get out of bed and embrace this beautiful afternoon?"
Audrey rolled her eyes. Mike had been sleeping really late the past few days. "You really should stop flying on the pitch after hours. You're going to get caught one of these days and get in serious trouble."
"Good afternoon ladies... Mike"
"Good afternoon to you, too." The redhead was definitely enjoying the awkward tension flowing from Kat. She'd never seen her get so tense. Maybe that means Kat was attracted to the guy. "You're a seventh year right?" Even though Audrey already knew for a fact that he was. "What are your plans after Hogswarts?"

The girl snuggled against his side. "Hey babe. We were just visiting with a couple of new friends."
"I see that." Mike said, he had his eyes fixed on Justin for a moment, he knew Audrey had called Justin over here to try to fix Kat up, but he wondered if Justin had any other ideas. Mike turned his eyes upon the lake, shaking his head slightly a couple of times, jealousy attempting to get the best of him apparently, but he wouldn't let it.
"We're in sixth. One. More. Year." "Amen to that."
Mike smirked, "Hah, finally one more year until we're outta this hell." he said laughing, half joking. Mike closed his eyes for a minute thinking, one more year then what, probably he'd get his dad to finally get Mike a real job as an auror, no doubt. As Mike has always wanted to do.
You really should stop flying on the pitch after hours. You're going to get caught one of these days and get in serious trouble."
"Eh, what's the worst they could do." Mike laughed, "Anyways, on some of those nights, I did get permission from Professor Middleton to be out there, so it's all good." he said, of course Professor Middleton let him fly out there, Mike of course was on the Quidditch Team this year, captain in fact, and he needed to practice his flying. "Which reminds me," he said looking Kat, "You gotta get out there with me, cause you'll need to practice some too, so that we can win the Quidditch Cup this year."

"Hunter and I... had our disagreements in the past. But now, we're okay." He cast a glance around the small group that had developed "I'm not really looking for the next hook up like I used to anymore. I decided that since I'm going to be graduating this year, it's time to be more... committed." A lie. But it sounded good and he knew it's what people wanted to hear. He, honestly, couldn't see himself settling down with one woman for the rest of his life. Not ever.
What are your plans after Hogswarts?
"Oh, I'm not entirely certain. Travel. I would love to see the world! Maybe pursue a career as a professional quidditch player? I don't want to get a job with The Ministry as everyone else seems to want. I want to live my life." Passion blazed in his green eyes that not many people have seen before. He composed himself. "How about you all?"

"You gonna play catcher oposite of me? You know I'll murder you on the field right? Captain or not. You will go down." She smiled boldly at her fellow Ravenclaw. He had been playing much longer than she had for the school's team, and she was sure he would probably beat her. But it was fun to place a challenge on the table.
Professional quidditch player...
That's where she knew him from! He was a Keeper for the Slytherin team!
How about you all?[/]
"I'm just going to be honest here: I have no idea what I'm going to do. None whatsoever. Maybe I'll go to America and meet my father's side of the family? Eh.... I figure whatever I'm meant to do will come to me eventually. If not, I'm not destitute. I can always mooch off of Audrey here!"
