hogsmeade village. Hogsmeade Village is a beautiful, well-inhabited village near Hogwarts. This is the drop-off for Hogwarts students at the beginning of the term and the pick-up at the end of the term; it makes only a couple stays in between, including Christmas. There are several places to enjoy a butterbeer, stock up on sweets, and relax. Just stay away from the Shrieking Shack... In order to enter here, you must dial the number 62442 into an old telephone in a broken-down telephone box. Upon doing so, the welcome witch will greet you, and you must state your business.
