Audrey had spent the entire night out in the rain. The feast had long been done. She had watched the shadows float through the corridors as the first years were led back to the dorms and instructed on how to enter the common rooms, but that had been a while ago. The only reason Audrey even came back now was because...well, there were a couple, really. One: It was after midnight and her classes started up the next day. Two: She had been walking around in the cold rain for hours on end and had determined that she had probably acquired frost bite in two of her toes on her left foot. Not to mention the fact that the shivering which had started not long after she walked outside had gotten to be such a frequent occurance that she felt like she was an alarm clock buzzing across the top of a dresser.
Audrey had done plenty of thinking and planning throughout her hours of aloneness. She would be nice to Julia and try to make up for the awkward scene from the feast, she was going to skin Kat alive when she finally figured out where she had been tonight, and she would be with Mike for the rest of her life. Audrey had also decided that she would forgive MIke for getting distracted. It wasn't really his fault that she had been avoiding him.
All of these thought floated in an annoying pattern through Audj's head as she made her way slowly back to the castle. It was long after curfew, but she didn't really care at this point, anyway. Finally making it back, Audrey pushed the giant door open just enough to get in and then shut it as quietly as possible. She stood in the entrance hall for a while, dripping rain water all over the floor, trying to decided if she wanted to go up to bed or do a bit of exploring. Audrey ran through all the secret passages she knew and wondered if she could somehow sneak into the Ravenclaw dorms. What she wouldn't give just to sleep in the same bed with Mike. Just to have him there to warm her up after hours outside in the cold and wet. Not going to happen, she told herself. Still, she didn't move from the entrance hall. Instead, she went over to the main staircase and plopped down on the bottom step.

Mike sat in his Common Room, every Ravenclaw had long since gone to bed, though he was still up. He was worrying about Audrey, he had watched her for a good while from the window, he could see where she was on the grounds, he wasn't trying to be stalkerish or over protective, he just worried that was. Watching as she walked towards the front doors of the castle, he figured he'd go down. Getting up, he almost decided to go to his dorm to grab a shirt, as he was only wearing a black tank top undershirt, but eh didn't matter if anyone saw him, was not like he was shirt less, besides Audrey wouldn't care either way, he smirked.
Walking down the Grand Staircase he walked slower, when he saw Audrey at the bottom, quietly he made his way down to her. "Have a good walk?" he asked, sitting next to her, he could tell it was still raining from how soaked she was and she was still shivering, he put an arm around her shoulders, pulling her very close to him. He began getting wet from her clothes and hair, but he didn't give a damn, as long as he had her in his arms, that's all that mattered. "What things did you think about?" he asked, he didn't exactly know whether she'd tell him or not.

"Have a good walk?" he asked, sitting next to her...
Audrey looked up at him and smiled. "Mmmhmm..." The girl really didn't want to try to speak because of how much she was shivering. She knew that it would make it nearly impossible for someone else to understand her, although the warmth of the castle was doing a little bit to warm her up.
He put an arm around her shoulders, pulling her very close to him. "What things did you think about?" he asked, he didn't exactly know whether she'd tell him or not.
The girl snuggled as close to his body as she could get without digging a whole into his side. This was much better than just waiting on the air to warm her. "Eh-eh-efffvveeerrreeeettthh-th-th-thaang." Her speculations about her speech being impaired were right. Audrey's teeth chattered so much she bit the inside of her cheek. Taking a deep breath and locking her jaw into place, she continued. "I thought about sneaking into th-the Ra-Ravenclaw dorms." Of course, this was just very recently in her train of thought, but he didn't need to know that. "I th-thought abuh-bout us. Andd how muh-much I lo-love you." There. That was much better! Sure, sometimes she shivered so hard that even locking her jaw wouldn't help, and her voice sounded a bit strained with the effort, but at least she knew Mike would be able to tell what she was trying to say. Leaning in and placing her lips on his cheek, as much to warm them as to make it resemble a kiss, she said, "I lo-love you, Muh-Mike."

I thought about sneaking into th-the Ra-Ravenclaw dorms
Mike smirked, squeezing her, "I wish you had, I wouldn't of minded." he said grinning. As she told him what she had thought about he smiled again, "I've been thinking a lot too, about us." his whole plan of asking her to marry him after their seventh year kept urging him to ask her now. He wanted to, but he had it all planned for the next year. Someday she'll be the next Audrey 'Hitchcock' Blaze he said to himself, one way or the other. As she put her lips to his cheek, he couldn't help but feel how cold they were. I could take care of that, he turned his head kissing her, taking a short breath he said quietly, "I love you Audrey", slowly he leaned back on the stairs, almost like laying there, allowing himself to pull her even more closer to him. He began kissing her once again.

Yeah...Audrey was warming right up...real quick. Of course, it had been a few days since she'd kissed Mike, and apparently she had missed him almost as much as he had missed her. Sub-consciously, Audrey knew that they were on the Grand Staircase, after curfew, in plain view of anyone who walked into the Entrance Hall, making out like there was no tomorrow, really...she did. Consciously, she just didn't give a damn. She was cold; he was warm. She was soaked; he was bone dry. He was everything that she needed. He was everything that she wanted.

Mike pulled away from her lips and moved down to her neck, kissing it. Her skin alwas tasted so good to him, and the fact that she was soaking wet, head to toe made her neck taste even better, he didn't know why. He ran his hands up and down her back, then he couldn't resist. He knew she always didn't like it much but he loved it, he ran his hand down to her ass, rubbing and patting it. He grinned in between kissing her neck. He consciously knew that they were out in the open too, if it hadn't been after hours, we would not have minded, but it was, and he'd never forgive himself if he got Audrey in trouble. He had just the place they could go in mind. Getting to his feet, lifting Audrey in his arms, and he started up the staircase quickly. He was not going to say a word until they got to his destination.
When he carried her to the wall where the Room of Requirement's door usually was, he set her down, wrapping his arms around here, kissing her again. Then he pulled away, and turned to the door. I need the perfect place for me and my girl to be, where we'll be alone no matter what and we'll have a lot of fun in. he added the second part in smirking. When the door appeared after walking back and forth, he took Audrey by the hand, leading her in to a dimly lit room with a huge bed in the corner, which Mike knew would be coming in to play sooner than later, a bunch of couches and chairs. Pulling Audrey to a couch, he fell back on to it, pulling her on to his lap, still kissing her.

Audrey tried to wriggle out of Mike's arms. Any time spent away from his lips was not good. And then he set her down in front of the Room of Requirements. The girl's face lit up with understanding and excitement. When Mike took her hand, Audrey did him one better and jumped into his arms, wrapping her legs around his waist. Soon they were on a couch, though Audrey wasn't sure how it had happened. "I wish you would have thought about me needing a towel." She was kiddding, of course...kinda. She pulled her shirt off over her head and threw it...somewhere. The kisses never stopped. And time stood still and went too quickly all at the same time. Audrey wasn't exactly sure how, but soon they were on the bed.

Mike rubbed her ass while he kissed her on the couch. "Well, you'll be warm soon enough, besides you look very sexy when you're soaked." he smirked, kissing her neck. As she pulled off his shirt, he couldn't keep his hands away, so he helped her pull it off. Mike's eyes slid down to her chest, god damn I am the luckiest guy alive right now, looking in to her eyes, he kissed her lips. "I'm lovin that bra." he said laughing when he pulled away from her lips once more. Mike lifted her up carrying her to the bed, he laid her down, getting on top of her but not putting any of his weight down he kissed her neck. He moved downwards from her neck, to her chest, to her stomach, he kissed just above her skirt and begin sliding it slowly down.

Audrey hiked her left leg up over Mike's hip and pushed, forcing him to roll over. She put her hands on either side of his head and placed her mouth as close to his ear as possible. "Well, I wouldn't get too used to seeing it if I were you." She wondered for a second what would happen if someone walked in, but immediately pushed it out of her mind. Instead, she occupied herself with trying to cover every inch of Mike with a kiss, or two....or three. Kissing the base of Mike's neck, Audrey started to undo his jeans. At least they're easier to get undone this time, the girl thought to herself. Of course, they weren't wet and she wasn't as nervous, so that probably helped.

As Mike was forced by Audrey to roll over, he met her halfway with it, going along with the roll. "Well, I wouldn't get too used to seeing it if I were you." Mike smirked. As Audrey kissed every inch of him and then began undoing his jeans, he helped her the rest of the way, and slid his jeans off. He pulled her closer to him kissing her lips, then he rolled over, pulling the sheets of the bed over both of them. He kissed her neck. Hearing a distant chime, he figured it was around one in the morning, but he didn't care, he was tired, but being with Audrey like this had to be a lot better and couldn't be passed up for exhaustion.

Exhaustion. That's exactly what overtook the couple, finally. A little while later, Audrey woke to the feel of Mike's arms tightly wound around her, and she smiled. Checking her watch, she swore. The girl jumped up and started throwing clothes on. "Mike...Mike, get up!" It was after seven, and her first class started at eight. Once she was dressed, everything but her shirt was buttoned, Audrey walked back to the bed and shook the boy. "Mike! Class!" OOC: Sorry so lame.

Mike groaned rolling over, "Come on Audj, it's the first day, we can always tell the teachers we got lost or somethin." he opened, his eyes to look at her, eyes widening a bit, "Don't bother buttoning your top, just yet." he said smirking, he put his hands over his face rubbing it, he sat up, pulling on his jeans. After he buttoned his jeans, he fell back on the bed, closing his eyes. "Just a few more minutes in here baby?" he said, giving her his innocent smile that he always used on his mother when he was a kid that made her give in to him. He didn't want to go to class at all, he didn't want to part with Audj and go to a class he didn't have with her. He wanted to stay her all day today.

"Come on Audj, it's the first day, we can always tell the teachers we got lost or somethin."
Ignoring Mike's request for her shirt to remain open, Audrey started buttoning the bottom button of her shirt. "We're sixth years, babe. No one is going to believe that we got lost." As much as she would like to stay with Mike all day in here, summer was over and school was back in session. "This is why you should have written me over the summer like you said you would," she said lightly, kissing him on the cheek.
"Just a few more minutes in here baby?"
"Mike...I would love to stay in here with you all day, but we do have classes, and I for one do not want to stay at Hogwarts an extra year just because you wished to....frolick the days away." Audrey grabbed Mike's hand. "Finish getting dressed. We're going to be late."

Mike watched her buttoning her shirt, he groaned in a upset way, wishing she left it open. "Well, we could always be exchange students." Mike said shrugging, he knew no teachers would fall for it, as they knew Mike was on the Ravenclaw Team every year since his second year and wouldn't be made Captain on his first year. "The possibilities of being with you over the summer." he said grinning, rubbing his hands together. Next summer, Mike would get an apartment for himself and have Audrey stay with him, this was going to be a good summer.
Rolling over he said, "Well one more year here wouldn't be so bad if we had each other still." he said shrugging. Pulling his black shirt back on, now he'd have to go to his dorm room for his uniform shirt, or he could just sleep and skip a class, or two. Pushing himself up off the bed, he picked up his bag. "Alright let's go." he said sighing, he put an arm around her waist pulling her close to him as he walked towards the door.
OOC: Aryn, if you want, you can lead up to Eric's appearance, I'll bring Eric in after your next post, or whenever you want him too?

Audrey put a hand in Mike's back pocket as they walked into the hallway. Today would be a good first day. Everything would go perfectly in all of her classes. Besides, with only one class without Mike, what exactly could go wrong? The smile on Audrey's face unashamedly large as she contemplated the possibilities for this term and the summer following. The girl wondered when the first Hogsmead trip would be. After all, her parents should meet Mike. Whether or not she told her, Audrey's mother would be able to tell how much she liked Mike. The girl was in love!
Twisting her body a little, making herself walk almost sideways, Audrey leaned over and whispered to Mike, "I love you." It was simple fact. She knew she had told a million times already, but she also planned to tell him about a billion more times. "Forever," she added. Audrey wasn't sure when she started tacking that word on to the phrase, but it was true nonetheless.
